Counselling for Adults, Adolescents and Couples

I am offering face to face sessions in my Ealing practice and video / phone call sessions to those who prefer to work remotely .
The video/ telephone sessions can be arranged as one off sessions or regular weekly slots .
I will also offer shorter sessions so you can book a 30 minute session or
50minutes depending on what works best for you both time wise and financially
30 minute session 25
50 minute session 40
60 minute in Ealing practice 50

These sessions can be helpful if you are needing a space to offload and process difficult thoughts and feelings.
You may be experiencing overwhelming anxiety , fear or be low in mood.
Although these feelings can be a natural response to being in lockdown having a regular safe space to talk openly and honestly can help to reduce some of these symptoms
I am also available to support anyone on the receiving end of racism and any difficult and painful feelings which you may be feeling right now .

I am an experienced Person Centred counsellor working with adults ,young people (age 15 plus) and couples from my practice in Ealing W13
.
I have over 16 years experience of working with people from all walks of life including teachers, students, GP's , stay at home parents, city workers, manual workers and long term unemployed.
In addition to my private practice I also work in schools and have previously worked for the NHS.

Counselling provides a unique opportunity to talk about your anxieties and concerns in complete privacy.

It can assist with a wide range of difficulties providing a sense of relief and a renewed sense of hope.

You may be seeking counselling because you are bereaved, anxious, low in mood, stressed or confused . It might be that you are looking for a space to reflect on your life choices such as your job or a relationship.

I also have experience of working with Imposter Syndrome- a term used to describe the feeling of not deserving to be where you are professionally or financially despite all your achievements . This can be related to not feeling valued as a child or coming from a marginalised group due to class, race or gender
Whatever is troubling you I offer a professional and friendly service and use my experience to work with you to understand any difficult thoughts and feelings you are experiencing including those linked to the past.

For couples seeking counselling I provide a space in which you can begin to understand why your relationship has become so troubled or challenging allowing each of you to articulate what can not easily be expressed without the facilitation of a trained therapist.
