Starting therapy can be a very positive step towards change.
I believe that when we feel safe we are able to grow and develop in ways that are positive.

Counselling provides the opportunity to be listened to in a meaningful way so you are able to get a different perspective on things and move forward in a direction that feels more attuned to who you are and how you want your life to be .


What I see in clients over time is people becoming less judgemental of themselves and more accepting of who they are rather than who they think they ought to be.
