Starting therapy can be a very positive step towards change.

My aim is to listen to you in a meaningful way and work alongside you to gain a better perspective on how you feel and why you feel the way you do .
I will offer any insights that come up along the way to help you move forward in a direction that feels more attuned to who you are and how you want your life to be .
I will provide an opportunity for you to freely process your thoughts and feelings and say how it really is . It is a safe space for you to express any hurt . anger, sadness or shame you may be feeling or to work through any confusion.
It takes great courage to come face to face with the truth of how you are feeling and counselling provides a regular safe space where you can do this .
